1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of invoice or order.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In perfect, resalable condition
  • Accompanied by your invoice or order number

Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain product purity and safety, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used essential oils, carrier oils, fragrance oils, hydrosols, powders, butters, botanicals, and all cosmetic ingredients
  • Custom-blended, white-label, or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads and gift cards

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund

We always aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 3–7 working days, depending on your bank
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
  • Holistic Emporium will cover return shipping only if we sent a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be at your cost.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Simply return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
