When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours. If there is ever a delay, we will contact you to let you know.
Paying by EFT
If you pay by EFT, the funds need to clear in our bank account before your order is packed or made ready for collection.
Delivery
We ship nationwide using trusted local couriers, and the service used depends on your area. Your delivery options and their costs are shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Collecting in Johannesburg
You are welcome to collect your order from us at 87 Linksfield Road, Dowerglen, Edenvale. We will let you know as soon as it is ready to collect.
